Hello Everyone!
I learned this little cooking “hack” from my mom when cooking corn… [I know, right? Mom knows everything!]
Basically, it’s a super ninja tip to cooking 5-8 ears of corn all at once, and have them stay hot and juicy:
- strip husks off of corn, and rinse ears in the sink
- wrap each ear of corn in 3-4 sheets of paper towels
- hold wrapped ears under water, until all of the paper towels are dripping wet
- stick 4-6 of these sopping wet wrapped ears into the microwave
- microwave for 5-8 minutes
- be careful when removing, corns will be steaming hot –wear gloves!
- carefully unwrap corn from wet paper towels
- rub butter and spices on corn; serve!
I hope you have enjoyed this recipe!
